Chief Diversity Officers are under increasing pressure to show results, secure resources, and justify their work to their executive leaders. The ability to make a compelling, data-driven, and business-aligned case for diversity and inclusion is essential for survival. But without a proven, scalable, systematic strategy for how to influence these leaders, even the most well-intentioned initiatives risk being deprioritized, defunded, or dismissed as “nice to have.”
The Science of Influence Impact Cohort identifies the key factors needed to effectively influence and motivate C-suite leaders. Led by a Seramount expert and supported by a network of peer Inclusion leaders, the program provides step-by-step guidance, practical resources, and ongoing support to help drive meaningful change—even in the evolving landscape of 2025.
Sessions will be held on the following dates and times.
Each organization will designate one Executive Sponsor (e.g., CDO) and one Implementation Leader (e.g., team member) to participate in the Impact Cohorts, however only Implementation Leaders need to attend the five working sessions.
