Eunice reports into TD’s Global Diversity & Inclusion team, which oversees and manages the strategic development and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs enterprise wide.

Eunice has been with TD for almost 28 years. Her breadth includes leadership roles within the contact centre, retail experience as a branch manager, roles in Corporate Citizenship with portfolios focused on diversity and financial education, and oversight of TD’s enterprise exercise and testing program within Risk Management.

As Chair of the TD North American Chinese Employee Network, Eunice has oversight of programs aimed to help support employees who identify with the Chinese community, which include colleague development, and community engagement. She also serves as Chair of the TD United Pan-Asian Employee Group – their overall mission is to promote inclusion and cultural awareness; advocate and address anti-Asian racism issues; and partnering with Ascend Canada and U.S. to develop the full potential of Pan-Asian colleagues.

Katie Oertli Mooney is a Managing Director at Seramount. She is an accomplished DEI leader and thought partner with expertise in driving strategy and growth of diversity and inclusion change management, planning and programs. Prior to joining Seramount, she was responsible for overseeing the client delivery, staffing, operations and growth as Vice President of Jennifer Brown Consulting. She was accountable for the firm’s successful consulting project delivery to clients from the Fortune 1000, government agencies, startups, to nonprofits.

Prior to that, she managed the DEI enterprise learning and development strategy at Capital One specializing in differential investment programming to support historically underrepresented talent and communities of color. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the GSBA; the largest LGBTQ and allied chamber of commerce in North America and is supporting the organization in 2020, by advancing diversity, equity and inclusion for the Board of Directors, for the benefit of GSBA staff, members, partners and the LGBTQ+ and allied community of Washington State. Katie has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration on Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University. She is based in Seattle, WA.

Nicole Ponseca is a respected thought leader and a noteworthy trailblazer in the Asian/Pacific American (APA) and Filipino space, as well as the hospitality industry. She has leveraged her advertising background to wake up a dormant conversation about identity and Filipino food in the United States, as well as the global foodie community and Filipino diaspora.

Anu joined Ross in July of 2019 and has been at the company for nearly 5 years as Vice President, Product Sourcing Services, for the Kids business. She is based out of the Ross New York Buying Office and is responsible for overseeing product development and the sourcing strategy. Although Anu’s role at Ross keeps her very busy, she makes time to serve as one of the leaders of the Ross AAPI employee resource group called InspirAsian. She is passionate about expanding awareness and education by sharing the many different cultures and heritages representing the many countries within Asia and the Pacific Islands.
