Joseph Lewis

Joseph Lewis is a thought leader with diverse experience that brings tactical knowledge of the challenges beyond academics of his role. Joseph has held numerous roles including Operations Manager, Financial Analyst, Data Analytics Manager and currently is the Innovation and Operations Manager in Talent Management at Equitable.

Joseph has led the domestic LGBTQ and Ally employee resource group at Equitable since 2009. He co-designed a new corporate leadership inclusion curriculum that was delivered to over 300 director level employees. In partnership with Time Out Youth, Joseph led a cross-functional team to develop a new Ally program that supported commitment and training while providing direct benefit to the community.

Joseph is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Financial Services and is enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University for his Master of Science in Data Analytics.
