Jodi Davidson

Jodi Davidson has been with Sodexo for 25 years and currently serves as Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.  She consults with leaders to provide insights and actions that foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.  She’s known for her work in developing employees, fostering work/life flexibility, and creating a sense of community and belonging.  Jodi holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development.  She finds her purpose in her work as a “transformational compassion” coach.
