Event Information

The in-person experience at EmERGe 2023 offered ERG leaders and DEI practitioners an interactive environment for learning, collaboration, and relationship building. Working group sessions, networking opportunities, keynotes, and breakout discussions gave participants space to examine shared challenges and learn directly from peers doing similar work across organizations.

Programming explored how ERG leaders can build influence, establish strong ERG frameworks, create leadership pathways, support employee wellbeing, recognize and reward ERG leadership, and extend their impact into local communities. Sessions also examined intersectional inclusion, effective partnerships between ERGs and DEI teams, and strategies for creating ERGs with clear purpose and connection to organizational goals.

Through facilitated discussions and peer exchange, attendees gained practical ideas they could apply within their own organizations while developing relationships with fellow ERG and inclusion leaders. The in-person experience emphasized the value of community, shared learning, and collaboration in creating sustainable ERG impact.
