Our workforces are constantly evolving, and there has been a steady rise in alternative employment types within companies, giving way to the gig economy, open talent economy, and the like. At the same time, most organizations have employees who work outside the “main offices” whether they work on the manufacturing floor, in a retail location or if they work remotely. No matter what their position, all employees should have the opportunity to participate and benefit from the D&I efforts of the organization.
What are we doing to be inclusive of employees outside of ‘HQ’ and how are we ensuring D&I initiatives are accessible to all parts of the business? How do we shift our mindset and think differently about how we build, implement and communicate our D&I strategy and programs to evolve alongside the evolving workplace and workforce?
Through a combination of case studies and workshops, this member conference will examine trends and strategies to fully engage all levels of employees throughout the business, regardless of employment status or location. Practitioners and subject matter experts will dive into practical solutions to the challenge of being inclusive of employees outside of HQ, including ERG engagement, learning and development opportunities, councils, benefits, and other inclusive practices.
