ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Although we may all be tired of the old adage, “what gets measured gets done,” it remains true that a critical part of building a D&I strategy, driving and communicating impact and holding leaders accountable is the intentional use of metrics and data in the process. It is also true that organizations spend countless hours filling out multiple surveys every year in the hopes of receiving external recognition for their work by making a list or receiving a good score on an index but are not leveraging this data goldmine to inform strategy and drive leadership engagement.

We will hear from two organizations who have successfully leveraged the data from DBP's annual Inclusion Index to build a roadmap for their D&I efforts and engage senior leadership in the process.

Some of the questions we will address are:

  • What metrics should I be capturing and tracking and how are they used for high level decision-making?
  • How can I use benchmarking data to galvanize key stakeholders across the organization?
  • How do I present the data I am collecting in a compelling way and to whom?

Who should attend? Leaders with responsibility in:

  • D&I
  • HR
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • External Partnerships
  • Data Analytics

and any other champions of diversity and inclusion.
