The program includes a kickoff webinar, interactive check-ins, videos from industry thought-leaders, interactions with a cohort of likeminded peers, and an expansive library of action plans and resources.
Part 1
Developing Your High Impact ERG
Learners will complete exercises to intentionally develop an ERG strategy and build a framework for long-term growth. They will focus on expanding ERG impact across the four core strategic areas: Workplace Culture, Business, Workforce, and Community.
Part 2
Effective ERG Leadership
Learners will gain critical tools to enhance their core competencies as an ERG leader. They will learn strategies for enhancing their growth mindset, leading with emotional intelligence, building influence, empowering ERG members, and building their brand of visionary leadership.
