Tracy Lee Mitchelson

As the Training, Disability & Inclusion Director Tracy has been given the opportunity to focus on her passion to support Disability Inclusion efforts within WREF and across the company around GSK’s commitment to be Disability Confident. As a person with a disability, she believes it is important to raise awareness, educate and advocate to bring about transformational change.  Tracy is a member of the Global Disability Council as well as the founder and co-lead for the Disability Confidence Network (DCN) Employee Resource Group.

In her 20+ year career at GSK she has worked in a variety of clinical roles in leading global clinical trials / programs, process improvement / change management projects, Quality, Risk Management and Safety Governance.   Tracy holds a degree in Business Management from NCSU, MPH from UNC -CH and clinical training and experience as a Paramedic. Tracy is also a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and business coach.
