During her career, Theresa has held leadership roles at several companies including; ADP, Verizon, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.

As Senior Director of Campus Recruiting at ADP, she was responsible for designing and operationalizing a fully integrated approach to University and early career hiring; At Verizon, Theresa began her tenure as Director of Workforce Performance and Diversity, focusing on the development and execution of an Enterprise-wide Diversity strategy.

She later took on responsibility for University Strategy and Employment Brand at Verizon where she was charged with building an Enterprise-wide recruitment strategy, delivering compelling Employment Branding, and creating Verizon’s first Enterprise Leadership Development Programs. Before joining Verizon, Theresa held various senior roles in Diversity and Talent Acquisition at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.

Theresa has been actively involved in development and education within the Latinx Community having served on the boards of ASPIRA of New York, 100 Hispanic Women and as President of the ALPFA New York and New Jersey Chapters. Theresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Concordia College.
