Monet Dowrich

Monet Dowrich is an Associate Director with Diversity Best Practices at Seramount. Most recently, she worked with the Deputy Commissioner of Epidemiology at the NYC Department of Health, helping them structure their racial equity goals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Monet began her DEI career as a diversity recruiter before transitioning to talent acquisition with a special focus on diversity and inclusion. She then pivoted to the DEI consulting space, which is where she spent the last three years.

Monet received her undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds a Master of Arts in Women and Gender History from Sarah Lawrence College. She also earned a Certificate in DEI from Cornell University, ILR School. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Monet currently resides on Manhattan’s Upper West Side with her family.
