Senior Director, Insights
Michele Siegel is Senior Director of the Insights division of Seramount. In her current role, Michele has executed numerous groundbreaking research projects, including the most recent: Pledge to Progress report. Michele has almost two decades of developing and implementing structured quantitative and qualitative research initiatives to drive employee- and consumer-experience insights. Since 2009, she has managed Seramount’s Best Companies initiatives, which includes launching the Diversity Best Practices Inclusion Index and the organization’s national thought-leadership papers.
Prior to her current role, Michele led Bonnier Custom Insights. In this position, the insights from her custom research road maps guided 30-plus brands, including the media, consumer products, events and subscription divisions, and equipped cross-functional internal stakeholders and clients with evidence-based strategies that inspired unique and meaningful audience experiences.
Michele began her career in data and analytics managing the research for the Parenting Group and in media planning for accounts such as Discovery Communications. Michele has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Muhlenberg College, is an avid community volunteer and soccer coach, and resides in Long Island, New York, with her husband and two children.
