Seramount

Mic Felter (she/they) is a Senior Associate on the Seramount Advisory Team, where she supports organizations in strengthening ERG strategy and designing learning experiences that foster belonging and leadership development. Mic brings expertise in LGBTQ+ history, queer and gender theory, and leadership to work focused on inclusion, talent strategy, and employee communities.
Before joining Seramount, Mic spent nearly a decade in museum education, where they founded the first LGBTQ+ ERG at the country’s largest living history museum.
Mic earned a BA in History and a certificate in Public History from Christopher Newport University before pursuing an MA in Museum Anthropology at Columbia University.
Outside of work, Mic enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with their partner and four pets.
