Lily Woi

As an experienced Culture Change & Leadership Development specialist, Lily has a successful track record working with global leaders and businesses across the public and private sectors, to shift behaviours, unlock potential and transform cultures, placing autonomy, growth, authenticity and purpose at the forefront.

She spent 6 years working in Deloitte Consulting as their organisational transformation consultant, training and advising clients to deliver multimillion transformation programmes and helping leaders to develop authentic leadership capabilities that their teams need. Most recently, she was engaged with National Employment Savings Trust as their culture change and leadership development lead, designing and delivering cultural and leadership initiatives to embed a data-enabled, people-focused culture. She has provided coaching and training to a range of clients working in Hello Fresh, Nike, and Pureaffinity to the British Film Institute. She is also a regular conference speaker who has appeared in over 13 stages within the last year.
