John McMillian

John McMillian is the head of New Corporate Ventures at Seramount, part of EAB. In this role, he is responsible for launching and scaling new innovative HR solutions with a focus on setting up Seramount’s partners for success in an ever-changing talent landscape.

Prior to joining the Seramount team, John has spent nearly 13 years at EAB, focusing on partner development. He has dedicated the last five years to building EAB’s international division as the firm continues to expand its global footprint.

John received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and has an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He currently resides in Washington, DC, and is a passionate comic book collector (be careful asking him about this!), an avid traveler, and a self-described foodie.
