Alisa Nadler

Alisa Nadler is the Managing Director at Seramount. In her current role, she leads internal initiatives to build team capabilities and efficiency and manages relationships with Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to develop and enhance their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts into best-in-class strategies. Alisa opened the original Chicago office for Seramount and has been with the organization for over 20 years. She is a passionate DEI advocate and people leader, bringing enthusiasm to her work and those around her.

Prior to joining Seramount, Alisa held leadership positions at The New Yorker, Fast Company, and Worth magazines.

Alisa holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois and lives in Birmingham, Alabama, with her husband. As a mom to two grown and flown daughters, she fills her free time with travel, fitness, and community activities.
