Alicin Reidy Williamson is a global diversity and strategy executive with over 25 years of experience advancing equitable workplaces across entertainment, sports, fashion, politics, and philanthropy. She currently serves as Chief Diversity and Culture Officer at Yahoo and President of MAKERS.

In this role, Alicin leads global diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and culture for the company. She also oversees MAKERS and Built By Girls, two brands at Yahoo focused on gender equity in the workplace and access to STEM careers.

Alicin has been recognized with a commendation from the City of New York for women’s leadership, induction to the YWCA Academy of Women Leaders, and a “Woman of Influence” award from Essence Magazine, and several recognitions from the cable and telecommunications industry.

She currently sits as a board member of The Dalton School, She Should Run, March on Washington Film Festival, and is an advisor to the Council on Juvenile and Family Court Judges and chairs a joint collaboration of veteran service organizations, Hire Heroes, and Operation Homefront.
