Multicultural Women’s National Conference 2024

Seramount’s Multicultural Women’s National Conference brought together multicultural women, women in technology, HR and Talent leaders, inclusion practitioners, and allies for one of the nation’s premier leadership development events focused on advancing women of color in the workplace. Hosted in person and virtually, the conference fostered meaningful dialogue, community building, and professional development across industries.

Participants also engaged in networking opportunities, career coaching, and collaborative learning designed to strengthen professional relationships and expand leadership skills. Throughout the conference, attendees shared best practices for supporting multicultural talent, advancing equity in leadership, and fostering workplaces where women of color can thrive.

The conference also recognized Seramount’s Best Companies for Multicultural Women, highlighting organizations demonstrating leadership in creating inclusive workplaces and advancing opportunities for multicultural women through effective talent and workplace strategies.
