James Davis II is a dynamic strategist and people-centered leader with a career spanning corporate, nonprofit and educational sectors.  He has led initiatives in leadership development, community empowerment and inclusion.  For nearly five years, James has served as a Leadership Consultant at AAA, The Auto Club Group (ACG), where he also leads the African American Employee Resource Group.  In recent years, he has spearheaded impactful events including Juneteenth celebrations, Black History Month programming, Empower Hour sessions and more—to inspire and strengthen our communities further.

James earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Madonna University, an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, and is a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach and DiSC Practitioner.  His work is grounded in empathy, guided by data, and fueled by a desire to create greater access and opportunity for all.

Jason Edwards is the founder of Providence Realty Investors and PRI Asset Management. Through Providence Realty Investors, Jason has been responsible for the development, asset management, and capital markets for several high-net-worth and family office real estate portfolios in the Southeast. Prior to founding PRI, Jason was responsible for the asset management of a $450MM portfolio of 11 market-rate value-add properties located across six states at Fairfield Residential. While at Boston Capital, he served as asset manager of a $400MM portfolio of 75 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties in 15 states. Jason currently serves as a founding board member of the Atlanta based, Grove Park Foundation where he currently serves on the Governance Committee and in the past served as Co-Chair of the Finance Committee, led the audit process for 3 years, and Chaired the Governance Committee, President of the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Alumni Club of Atlanta, and is an active fundraiser and donor for Morehouse College, his alma mater. Also, he serves as Chairman and President of Juneteenth USA, a Houston-based nonprofit founded in 1979 by his late Father, State Representative Al Edwards Sr.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Morehouse College and a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jason resides in Atlanta with his wife Denise, and daughters, Sidney and Sloane.

Krista L. Lindsey brings nearly a decade of expertise in B2B sales, corporate communications, graphic design, and product marketing as the Associate Director, Research Partner Experience at Seramount. Her career includes leading recruitment communications, digital marketing, event promotion, and print design as the former Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at the University of North Texas Division of Enrollment.

Krista earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where she also conducted independent research on the legal implications of artificial intelligence. Prior to law school, she built a robust career in marketing and communications following an early start in B2B sales. She served as Communications Coordinator at the University of Houston Division of Enrollment and also ran a successful marketing consultancy, helping small and mid-sized businesses develop effective branding and collateral.

A proud first-generation college graduate and alumna of Sam Houston State University, Krista lives in Dallas with her husband, bonus son, and two beloved dogs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, practicing mindfulness, and catching up on the latest reality TV drama.
