Member Circle sessions utilize the highly interactive Employee Voice Session tool, providing a safe space for members to share their experiences with other DBP members. We will facilitate each discussion and address issues with tried and true practices that have been thoroughly tested.
For this session, we invite DEI and Learning & Development practitioners to share successes and opportunities for growth regarding inclusive people management tools and programs. As the Great Resignation continues, employees will continue to seek out work environments that meet their personal and professional expectations. This session will benefit employers who want to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures via direct people management (e.g., trainings, onboarding, one-on-one meetings, etc).
As members, you will be able to share your feedback in an engaging forum facilitated by the experts at Seramount. You can join in the conversation from any location and will need a laptop, desktop computer, iPad/tablet, or a phone to participate. There is no video for this event.
