RECAP: Women Reimagine, December 2021
After nearly 3 million women have left the workforce over the course of the pandemic, and 1 in 3 women are considering leaving the workforce or downshifting their careers, calls to action to support the development, growth and career–pathing of female talent are on the rise.
This year, our newly branded women’s leadership summit kicked off the essential and candid conversations, actions and commitments needed to continue to accelerate real progress, and bring together women at the top of their fields across industries to further the conversation on how we work.
The virtual event brought together powerful women, top executives, highly-ranked lawyers, HR practitioners and allies across industries to build business and relationship capital. Through inspiring keynote speakers, engaging panels, interactive workshops and more, attendees left this exciting event empowered to ignite change for themselves, their stakeholders and their organizations.
The program also included a special celebration to recognize the 2021 Top Companies for Executive Women, Best Law Firms for Women, and Women of Excellence!
