Kate Brown

Kate Brown leads best-practice research at Seramount, identifying partner challenges and designing studies that translate complex social and organizational dynamics into clear, actionable guidance for senior leaders. Her work focuses on ERGs and enterprise-wide well-being and inclusion strategy, helping organizations navigate sensitive, high-stakes issues with rigor and care to build resilient, inclusive cultures.

Prior to joining Seramount, Kate spent seven years in higher education best-practice research, where she focused on institution-wide well-being strategy, student mental health, faculty burnout, strategic planning, and federal policy response. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, Ethan, their son, Benny, and their dog, Lucy.
