Holly Jones is a seasoned HR and business leader with over 20 years of field and corporate experience at Ferguson, spanning Supply Chain, Project Management, Human Resources, and Strategic Planning. These experiences have built her deep business insight and strong relationships across the organization. 

In the past year and a half, Holly has led Ferguson’s Talent Management Center of Excellence, driving enterprise transformation in performance management, succession planning, workforce optimization, and leadership development to strengthen the company’s long-term capabilities. 

Holly also serves as Executive Chair of Ferguson’s Veterans Business Resource Group, championing the growth and engagement of veteran associates, and proudly represents the company as a military spouse of 20 years.
