Nadine Vogel

Nadine O. Vogel is the CEO of Springboard Consulting, working with corporations to mainstream people with disabilities in the global workforce, workplace, and marketplace. Prior to founding Springboard, Nadine held many executive positions in Corporate America.

Vogel is the author of “DIVE IN, Springboard into the Profitability, Productivity and Potential of the Special Needs Workforce,” a regular contributor to professional publications around the globe and the subject of published cases and guest lecturer for the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School and Universita Europea di Roma in Italy. Nadine has also hosted three ground-breaking programs for Bloomberg, RVN and Apple TV.

She received an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA and a BS in Industrial Psychology from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.  She is the mother of two adult daughters, one with disabilities and resides in South Carolina and South Florida with her husband.
