Richelle Caday (she/her) is an Associate Director on Seramount’s Advisory team, where she guides organizations in designing data-driven inclusion strategies and employee resource group (ERG) initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. She brings extensive experience in ERGs and inclusive talent practices with a DEI-focused lens. Richelle also leads Seramount’s ERG Impact Awards program to recognize ERGs and their leaders for championing best practices that drive measurable impact within their organizations and communities.

Driven by community organizing and social advocacy, Richelle has a strong commitment to uplifting marginalized and underserved communities. Prior to Seramount, Richelle led student development and inclusion programs within higher education student affairs via cultural centers, cultural assemblies, and undergraduate student government. Heavily involved in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) spaces, Richelle has worked for and volunteered with various AANHPI nonprofits and community-based organizations at both local and national levels.

Richelle holds a BA in Psychology and in Nongovernmental Organizations and Social Change from the University of Southern California (fight on!). She is based in Los Angeles, California, where she was proudly born and raised. Richelle enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and going to the beach during her free time.

Beth Leik is a Sr. Talent Partner at Liberty Mutual, with 21 years of HR experience and holds a BS from Boston University College of Communication. She specializes in talent enablement, onboarding, and structured development, having held roles across Liberty Mutual in talent consulting, program management, and leadership development. Beth is an active and long-time member of WE@Liberty, the women’s ERG, and is a leader on the Women’s Career committee for the past three years. Her work within the Women’s ERG focuses on helping women return to and remain in the workforce. This work includes the FlexPath program, which creates short-term, flexible re-entry assignments for women and others who experience a career break.

Erica Porter is the Plant Manager at Ardent Mills in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where she brings expertise in food manufacturing and a strong commitment to operational excellence. A Food Science graduate from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Agriculture, Erica has built her career across the meat, appetizer, and flourmilling sectors. She is passionate about food safety, product quality, and developing people, and is known for fostering collaborative, highperforming teams. Erica also contributes to industry leadership as the Western Canadian District Director and Board Member for the International Association of Operative Millers. In addition, she serves on both the Board of Directors and the Technical Committee for the Canadian National Millers Association, helping advance the milling industry across Canada. She has been a proud member of the Women of Wheat Employee Resource Group at Ardent Mills since its inception in 2017, and a part of the Executive Team for WOW for the past 2 years.

Tina Truong is a Product Strategist at SAP, where she works within the Preferred Success organization to help customers realize the value of their cloud investment. Prior to her current role, Tina supported strategic initiatives in the Customer Office for SAP’s Chief Revenue Officer and President of the Americas, driving programs that strengthened customer engagement across the region.

Beyond her daytoday work, Tina serves as the PMO & Onboarding Director for SAP’s Business Women’s Network, where she helps empower women across the company through community building, leadership development, and inclusive programming.

Tina holds an MBA and a background in nonprofit management, grounding her work in a deep commitment to purposedriven impact. She is passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, championing gender equity, and supporting organizations that strive to make a positive difference in the world.

Alina Vela is a Talent Acquisition leader with 15 years of experience focused on sourcing, developing, and retaining top talent. Currently a Senior Program Specialist based in Plano, TX, she manages the FlexPath program and Military Programs & Partnerships, driving program management, recruiting strategies, partnerships, and operations that build diverse talent pipelines and career pathways.

With Liberty Mutual since 2017, Alina brings strong coaching and mentoring experience across departments and levels, helping internal team members and external candidates strengthen skills that accelerate growth. Her experience includes program management, developing talent, and retention initiatives that improve engagement and long-term success. She has served as a Central Region leader of the Amigos ERG (Latino/Hispanic + Allies). She champions professional development, inclusion, and community engagement across the organization.

Known for a collaborative leadership style and practical program design, Alina combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
