What Ames v. Ohio Youth Department Means for DEI
On June 5, 2025, the United States Supreme Court handed down a ruling in the case Ames v. Ohio Youth Department. The court ruled in favor of a heterosexual woman who claimed she faced bias in the workplace after she was passed over for positions that went to LGBTQ+ colleagues. This resource aims to help inclusion leaders understand what the ruling means for their work.
