Susan Degnan

Susan is a Partner Development Manager overseeing the Partner Development Representatives at Seramount.  She is responsible for managing the teams who cultivate and the beginnings of our partnerships across all sectors.  A passionate advocate of DEI in her both personal (as a queer woman) and professional life, Susan is committed to the success of our partners – driving positive and innovative change.  Prior to working with Seramount, Susan was a DEI Manager for a pet company based out of Knoxville, TN where she designed and implemented their first DEI strategy.   This experience provided her the tools to think through this work with heart and critical analysis, which is something she brings to this role every day.

She holds a BA from Christopher Newport University in Philosophy and Religious Studies and an MPhil from the University of Oxford in Visual, Material, and Musuem Anthropology.  She resides in Richmond, VA and enjoys singing, playing games, and playing with her four animals.
