Event Information

The Seramount Executive Academy (SEA) equips rising inclusion leaders with the insights, strategies, and connections to lead culture transformation in an evolving workplace.

As organizations navigate shifting workforce expectations, emerging technologies, and an increasingly complex business landscape, inclusion leaders have a critical opportunity to shape organizational culture and drive business performance.

Through a dynamic four-session leadership development experience, SEA brings together senior inclusion leaders to explore emerging challenges, strengthen strategic capabilities, and translate Seramount’s research into action. Participants engage with industry experts, learn from peers across organizations, and develop practical approaches to influencing stakeholders, advancing culture priorities, and demonstrating measurable impact.

Who Should Attend

The Academy is particularly valuable for leaders seeking to expand their strategic influence, strengthen their executive presence, and position inclusion and culture as drivers of organizational performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Must I attend all sessions?

While we encourage participation in all four sessions to maximize the Academy’s learning and peer networking experience, participants who attend at least three sessions will earn the SEA Certificate of Completion. We especially encourage attendance at our in-person kickoff session in New York and closing session in Washington, DC, as valuable opportunities to build meaningful connections and strengthen our SEA community.

What is the cost to attend?

This program is offered gratis to Seramount partners.
