Todd Brown

Todd Brown is a Manager II, HR Solutions that leads a global team in Asurion’s HR Solutions department. Team members perform a wide array of value-added services in the following disciplines: Payroll, Back office Processing, and Background & Drug Test Adjudication. Todd’s emphasis has been building a “white glove experience” for all business clients that partner with his team. Recent accomplishments include assisting in the opening of a new call center in Bogota, Colombia and being inducted into the Company’s HR Hall of Fame as part of the Asurion COVID Response Team in 2020. Todd is also the President of Asurion’s Veterans Service Group ERG. Todd also has previous experience in Employee Relations and HR Consulting that give him a breadth of experiences and knowledge to drive results in his current role making him an“HR Unicorn.”
