About The Event

The WorkBeyond Summit – Seramount’s multi-industry and cross-cultural workplace event – will dive into the lessons learned from the past year on the unique challenges that impacted parents and caregivers. We will explore strategies organizations are leveraging  to retain and build an inclusive environment for all talent.  The Summit will also provide opportunities for parents and caregivers to make connections and build their workplace and homelife toolbox.  

While workplace practices have constantly evolved, adaptability and accountability have always been the keys to any successful environment, and this year is no different. From the top of the organization to the bottom, everyone has a part in building inclusivity and accountability, and for ensuring the success of the organization. But the past year has been especially hard on parents with virtual schooling, quarantining, mental health impacts and job disruption, to the emotional toll of political and racial tensions.

The WorkBeyond Summit will bring together D&I professionals and champions  with working parents, caregivers and managers to explore the learnings, next steps, and solutions that will create a path forward to a bright future for our families, workplaces, and communities. And of course, a unique salute to all of the Seramount’s 100 Best Companies, Best Companies for Dads, and the Working Mothers and Dads of the Year!

What’s a hybrid event?
Our hybrid events are designed to include both in-person and virtual components simultaneously to allow for an engaging and exciting experience for both the in-person attendees and the attendees participating remotely. After a year of attending virtual events, there are some employees who will be ready to get back to in-person learning experiences. However, we know that others will not be able to travel or are not comfortable with congregating in large groups. Including an engaging, content-rich virtual experience will allow for all employees who want to participate the choice to do so. All attendees have the ability to access all of the virtual content following the event, as all sessions are recorded and become available for on-demand viewing.
