About EmERGe

Seramount’s biannual EmERGe Leadership Summit, one of the only conferences in the nation devoted to employee resource groups (ERGs), brings together ERG leaders, members and supporters from across industries to identify and share best practices for addressing current DE&I issues and driving change. Sessions are a combination of strategy-and-solutions-focused case studies, skill-building workshops, interactive hot topic sessions, peer-to-peer learning, community building, and more.

Can’t-Miss Programming

ERGs have proven over and over again the critical role they play in moving the needle for DEI, and their leaders continually exhibit unparalleled passion, creativity and resilience in the face of immense challenge.

Therefore, it is no surprise that over the last two years, during which we have experienced a perfect storm of political unrest and a global healthcare crisis, organizations leaned on ERGs to lead the charge in addressing complex challenges including systemic racism and healthcare inequities. Two years later, ERG leaders are tasked with finding ways to reinvigorate engagement within a newly-hybrid workplace all while finding ways to take care of their own well-being.

This event will provide the opportunity for participants to re-charge, update their toolkit and build community with fellow ERG leaders and DE&I practitioners in order to drive change in their organizations and communities.

“I loved this event and am so grateful I was able to attend! There was so much to learn, both in terms of strategies for effecting change and for my personal leadership development – how I can better lead and influence to drive BRG outcomes.”
